About Us

Where Georgia Meets Ottawa

TUTA means "mulberry" in Georgian — a sweet, resilient tree that grows wild across the Caucasus mountains. Like that tree, our family took root in new soil and continues to flourish.

We are a Ukrainian-Georgian family of five who moved to Canada in 2022. In our Ottawa kitchen, four generations of love and tradition come together every day. Even our youngest chef — born in 2025 — is already learning the secrets of authentic Georgian cooking and puts his whole heart into every order.

Every dish we create carries the warmth of home. We hand-fold juicy Khinkali so they burst with spiced broth, bake golden Khachapuri with stretching cheese, and grill tender Mtsvadi over open flame the way it has been done for centuries. We cook with soul, care, and the same love our grandmothers poured into their kitchens.

Through our food we bring a genuine piece of Georgia to Ottawa. We are proud to share incredible flavors as well as the rich culture, hospitality, and traditions of the Caucasus with Ottawans and guests of the capital.

Ordering authentic Georgian food in Ottawa has never been simpler. We craft every dish fresh to order, so we work on pre-orders placed at least 4 days in advance. We're growing fast and actively expanding toward same-day delivery. Stay tuned.
